Data Retention and Deletion
We don't keep your data forever. Here's our approach to data retention:
Active Accounts

Inactive Accounts
If you haven't logged in for 3 years, we'll send you an email asking if you want to keep your account. If we don't hear back within 60 days, we'll delete your account and associated learning data.
Deleted Accounts
When you request account deletion, we remove your personal information within 30 days. Some data must be retained for legal or financial reasons (like transaction records for tax purposes), but we'll anonymize it so it can't be linked back to you.
Backups: Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before being permanently removed. These backups are only accessible in emergency recovery situations.
