How the Program Works

We've designed this to be straightforward and realistic. No shortcuts or wild promises—just practical skills you can actually use.

1

Foundations (Weeks 1-4)

We start with reading financial statements. Balance sheets, income statements, cash flow—you'll understand what each number means and why it matters. Real examples from Australian businesses keep things grounded.

2

Ratio Analysis (Weeks 5-8)

Now you'll calculate and interpret key ratios. Liquidity, profitability, efficiency—these tell you if a business is healthy or struggling. You'll work through practice problems that mirror real scenarios.

3

Forecasting Methods (Weeks 9-11)

Building projections sounds fancy, but it's just educated guessing with data. You'll learn techniques for revenue forecasting and expense planning, plus how to adjust when things change.

4

Decision Making (Week 12)

The final week ties it all together. You'll analyse a complete business case, present your findings, and defend your recommendations. This is where theory becomes practical skill.

Learn from Working Professionals

Our instructors still work in the field. They've seen what works, what doesn't, and they'll tell you honestly.
